Therefore, if you are unsatisfied with any items that you purchased, send it back for a complete refund or store credit. If you would like to return merchandise, you must notify ClothingUnder10.com no later than past 30 days after receipt of the item(s), which is confirmed by the tracking number provided by our shipping company. All returns past 30 days after receipt of the item(s) will not be accepted and will become a FINAL SALE. We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear and RMA form. Please remember that this return policy applies to online purchases only made through ClothingUnder10.com. Please see below for details:
Final Sales: All sales, shapewear and item(s) purchased through "$5.99 FINAL SALE" category. These items cannot be returned for exchange, store credit or refunds. Please make sure to read and understand our return policy to ensure that you are entitled to a return.
Cancellations: If you wish to cancel your order, you may do so within 24 hours after placing your purchase. If you want to cancel your order after the initial 24 hour window, you will have to wait until you receive the item and ship it back to us in the original packaging in order to receive the full refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
For all other items, we will happily accept returns for store credit or refund for any item that is returned in an unused condition with all original tags still present without any signs of wear, smoke or odor. Please make sure to accompany your return with the proper RMA number. Items returned without an RMA number or outside return policy guidelines will not be mailed back and will not be refunded.
Steps to return merchandise:
- Click on "My Account" and log in with your email and password
- Once logged into your account, click on "View Previous Orders"
- Locate the order that has the item(s) that you would like to return and click on "Order Details"
- At the bottom of the Order Details page, you will see a link to request a Return of Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number where you will see the items that you purchased in that order.
- Check the boxes of the items that you would like to return and indicate the reason for your return as well as whether you would like a refund or store credit for your return.
- Please remember that if you request a store credit, it will be available in your account instantly once your return is received. Store credits are automatically applied to your next order and never expire. If you request for a refund, please allow 1-2 weeks for the refund to be processed and 1-2 billing cycles for the refund to appear on your credit card statement.
- Click Continue to send your request for an RMA number.
- DO NOT ship your package until you receive approval for your return and are provided with an RMA number
- Once you receive the RMA number, ship the item(s) back. Pack and seal your return merchandise securely (in the original package if possible). Please note that you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Once we have received the item and have fully inspected it, you will be contacted via email with the details of your store credit or refund. Shipping Charges on Returns:
- In the event that the order is refused, unclaimed or returned to us due to incorrect or inaccurate address information, you will be responsible for ALL shipping charges and 15% restocking fee.
- In the event that ClothingUnder10.com has shipped an item(s) that was different from your purchase on the original invoice, ClothingUnder10.com will gladly refund your return shipping cost in the form of a store credit if you would like to return the item. Subject to the following: If UPS ground is used, full amount will be reimbursed. If USPS Express or Priority services is used, only the amount UPS ground would have charged for the same return will be refunded to you in the form of store credit not the actual amount you spent.
- ClothingUnder10.com diligently inspects all items before shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item returned does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive any refund or store credit.
- To ensure proper processing, indicate the reason for return as either "Defective" or "Wrong item or size shipped". If defective, please describe the defect and whether you would like the item replaced or instead store credit. Upon inspection, if item(s) is deemed defective or wrong item(s) shipped, an exact replacement, if available and requested, will be shipped to you free of charge or store credit applied if preferred. If your exact replacement is out of stock, a store credit in the amount of the purchased item will be applied to your account.
- The following occurrences are subject to 15% restocking fee:
- Entire order is returned that was purchased through any "FREE Shipping On U.S. Orders" promotion.
