To order online, click on a category of your choice from the homepage. Each category will have a list of products with the option to view that product. Click on the view button to find out more about the item you have chosen. On this page, you will see an option for additional swatches and front and back buttons. If you click on the swatches, the product in that color will be displayed. If you click on the front/back button, the front/back image of the product will be displayed. Choose the necessary options such as color and size and click on the add button with the quantity that you desire. You will be redirected to your shopping cart where you will see a summary of your purchase. You can continue shopping or proceed through our secure checkout where you will make your payment.
When your order has been confirmed and you have provided a valid email address, you will receive a confirmation email. Subsequently, you can check the status of your order by visiting My Account at the top navigation menu.
Shipping Options and Rates
If you would like your order sent to a P.O. Box address or APO/FPO, please make sure that the billing address on the payment card matches the billing address on the account. If you would like your package sent to an address other than the billing address, ClothingUnder10.com has the right to hold your package for up to 5 days until the cardholder is reached to authorize the transaction. Customers requesting priority shipping must place and have their order confirmed via email before 12:00 p.m. Eastern Standard Time to have the item(s) shipped the same day. Orders placed after 12:00 p.m. will be shipped the following business day.
Tracking Your Package
After your order has been confirmed, it will be processed by our shipping department. Once your package is shipped, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number. If you would like further details on the status of your package, please feel free to contact us.
International Shipping (Outside the U.S.)
ClothingUnder10.com has partnered with a trusted company, GlobalShopex.com, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply add any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and choose the "international checkout" option. The items will automatically be transferred to the GlobalShopex cart. You may pay with International credit cards, PayPal, Money Gram, Bank wire transfers, Alipay or JCB card. GlobalShopex will process your payment and guarantee delivery.
